Am I screwed or simple fix?

When I took apart the head assembly I suctioned about 5ml of ink through all 8 lines with a syringe. After I put everything back together 5 of the 8 lines cleared the bubbles in the line. My 2 black lines and 1 of the blue lines doesn't look like any suction is happening when I run the self clean as they still have lots of air in them.

What solves this ?

Dampers not properly / completely seated will cause this. Also bad Dampers and/or "O" rings on the effected lines.
