American Mobile Prepaid Sim Cards

Hey guys,

My brother is coming to the states on Friday. His going to be in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards

What I wanted to know is if he can purchase a prepaid sim card for while he is over there?

If so do the prepaid sim cards provide a data allowance so he can use his black berry while his over there?

Using our Australian sim cards over there is cost prohibitive and he doesn't really need clients calling him. I mainly want to keep in contact with him.

Are these sim cards readily available at service stations or the air port etc?

never seen prepaid sims. not that they dont exist. every gas station has prepaid calling cards though.

i use prepaid sim's, but i buy them on ebay.

i've seen ones with data plans.
