Another Flexi Error Message

One of our design systems just started getting this error message popping up occasionally since last week. I've not seen this error before, and we haven't done anything for updates or changes to the computer software or hardware for over a month now.

This system is running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with Flexi Sign Pro 10.0.2. She said this error seemed to be happening just at random times and on multiple files. Screen shot is attached.

Brett,

Photoshop plugins? Have you added any recently or updated PS? This can happen with some of the plugins in that build.

Might want to try updating to 10.0.3. It may help with that problem.

Casey, we haven't added or changed any photoshop plugins since setting up the computer, so I'm not sure if that could be the cause, but I'll try changing the path to an empty folder, as I've seen suggested in other threads, to see if that helps.

Other than that, I think we can try to updating Flexi as well. I'll probably have to wait till this weekend as it's better to uninstall the original version and just do a full installation of the latest version from what I understand.

Well that's the thing though, none of the designers use the Adobe filters or effects within Flexi. If they need to use one of those effects they have always done it in Photoshop.

She said she got this error message while working on numerous varied projects, from simple mono-color shapes to multiple bitmaps.
