Does anyone know what either of these fonts are?

looks like signpainters script...the Mike ... since the lower case... s... looks like commerial script......the tranny looks like it came out of engineer's ruler, that stick your pencil through..but like the look....THANK YOU & ENJOY LIFE

Definately a one of a kind, hand-created logo. I've seen a similar script in Sign DNA fonts, and I'm sure there's something available here on Signs101.
You might be able to work with Handel Gothic for the word "transmissions".

Called Uppen Arms.
Not 100% but workable.
