Another HP Firmware screwup on the L360?

I have done a fair number of tiled jobs and I have never had this happen before. This is first tiled job that I have done since the last firmware.

What is happening is that after the first or sometimes second tile the job just sits there and does nothing when the next tile loads. Says processing, and I have left it go for over 5 minutes and nothing happens, no warming up, no nothing. Canceling and sending that tile again does the same thing. The only way to get it to process and print again is to shut the printer down and restart. Then sending the tile again and it with start processing and printing. I don't know what to make of this. Rebooting the RIP made no difference. This is on 3 different jobs that have done the same thing today.

Has anybody else with the latest firmware seen this.

What firmware version?
We upgraded last week and every tile job has been good so far.

Well this time I backed through some screens and on the home screen it said substrate mispositioned. So know I know whats going on, but why is the error message not showing in the printing screen.
