We are preparing to do a cinder block wall installation with customer supplied graphics. It is in a high school and the wall has an anti-graffiti coating on it. I have been told by a supplier that a primer is required for best results but they could not supply me with a product name. Do any of you know what the best product for this would be? TYIA
