Any idea a font thats close that I can change

Arial Sucks.
That lettering is just a modified version of Font Bureau's Agency typeface. They took the Bold Condensed weight and modified the shapes a little. If you don't already have FB Agency, but subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud you can sync FB Agency from Adobe Fonts.
