Any idea on "Matching" font?

https://www.whatfontis.com can generally find fonts pretty well. You just need to upload the photo and it will take you through the process.

I'm pretty sure Jay already knows about the font finders by image. I cleaned up the image and still nothing came up.
It looks so familiar, I wish I could recommend something close.

I tried that one too. Went through the questionnaire, and looked through several pages. no luck. I think Jay is right about it not really being a font.
