Any idea what company made a UV455 W??

I've been researching for a while trying to figure out what company made this UV printer... It's called a UV455 W...appears to be a fairly large unit with a short flat bed, I believe it uses roll media though and the prints just slide out onto a small table that is attached.

The unit I've seen is used for producing motocross and other similar graphics. I'm very curious about the UV printers for created subsurface graphics utilizing white inks... I've been looking into ink jets but I need to have a white ink option and I'm not sure the ink jets have that dialed in yet...

Any ideas?
