They stopped using this type back in the mid-90's but I can find it on quite a few of their old marketing pieces as well as their old logo. It might very well not be an actual font though. Similar to Popular Café (with the C flipped) but not quite right. Obviously the L is modified pretty heavily on the one.
Edit to add - I did try Find my Font (program) as well as What the Font (online) with no luck on either other than Popular Café.
