Any one else built your own router?

It is finished and up and running. Took longer than I thought to get it done. Work kept getting in the way of getting it finished. I am using V-carve Pro and Mach3 to run it. I cut every piece of scrap material I can find and getting used to the software and what to do with various materials. The learning curve is steep on these things but worth it in the end when something you designed is being cut on a machine you built. Final specs ended up being 50"x100" table, 6" Z, 4 zone vacuum table, 3kw water cooled spindle. I'll try and post some pics of the machine soon. If anyone has any scrap sign foam I would like to get some to test with and I'll pay the shipping.
