any one familiar with HP L360 with 3L ink?

Hi,
I got a 2nd hand HP Latex 360 with 3L ink, It prints well as normal, but there is no option to replace 3L ink in the front panel.
how can i reinstall the manual?

The level of K ink is 575ml now, will the printer refill the cartridge automatically when it is less than 500ml?

Firmware: NEXUS_01_17_07.1
OS: WRL43-2.1.8
BIOS: AABFE018
SERIAL NUMBER: MY4863900R

Take a picture of your front panel from the ink menu.
Helps to understand better what you mean...

they are just like the other 360 manual option. no 3L.

You can't see the 3L which means it's not enabled in the firmware.
It won't work until enabled/"installed".

but the 3L ink system has been connected to the printer, how to enable the 3L ink function? i can not find any useful information online.

i check the pdf, no information about how to enable 3L option.

I noticed it said IMPORTANT: This upgrade kit must be installed (and uninstalled if required) by an HP service representative. Try calling the HP tech line. I see you bought it used. It may be just a simple activation they can do over the phone. Did you try Balstestrat's suggestion?

it is a used printer i bought from assets auction company.

all seem to be connected.

Yeah so, the license has never been installed to this printer for this 3L-kit.
There is no way for you to activate it.
You need a license file to USB stick to "pair" the 3L with this printer serial number.

You can always try to call HP but if I had to guess, they wont allow to install it on a 2nd machine.

So good luck. You won't be able to use it.
