Any Reflective Profile Recommendations For Versaworks?

I had a nice reflective profile with my old printer but I am not sure where I got it. Now I am using a VP540i and there does not seem to be a standard reflective profile. I was able to download some from Avery, Orafol, and Roland has a few for it's reflective line.

I am using the Avery T-1500 series. It is not printable as such, but have used it with great success for a number of projects without a problem (with my old printer).

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Yes I got that one yesterday. I will test it against the Oralite 5600. Thanks. I read somewhere 40/45 for heat.

The profile we use is "PRV2 -Premium Reflective Vinyl" but it may not be available for that model. Did you check to see if it was on the full list of canned profiles but possibly has the "eye" deselected so it isn't showing?

We usually just print 3M Engineer grade (not digital grade) and it prints beautifully.

I would suggest using a profile with high pass count (use high quality setting) and raising the heat as much as you can to help cure the ink as fast as possible.

Print on that stuff too fast or not warm enough and you'll end up with a puddle.

we also use this profile with good results. material is nikkalite engineer grade.
