Anybody know how to convert 4" negative to digital file?

Hello fellow sign gurus.

I have a customer who has a 4" negative that he wants to convert to digital file for use in a vehicle wrap that we are designing for him.

Can any of my fellow sign makers lead me in the right direction with this.

Scan with a printer that can scan negatives, import into photoshop and invert colors. You're done...

Some scanners come with a "negative tray" which may have a back light. I have picked them up for as little as $150 and they work well....especially the HP scanners.

More $$ are the Nikon Coolscan neg scanners....not sure about the size format you've got there for these though.

once you have it scanned just bring into PS and invert.
