Anybody know what's causing this problem. "Please Help"

Based on the photo at the top of this thread you need new heads... I see no way around that... Replacing the heads and not the dampers is sort of like changing your oil and not the oil filter, actually it's exactly like that... The good advise was to replace your heads and move on, you can beat a dead horse from now on but he will never be anymore dead... I/We were just trying to help... And no, I do not look like that, that was when I was a young man...

that process is when I replace the heads?

Yes, you have to enter the special number of the heads (comes with the heads) into your machine.
