If we are going to slam them for anything it should be their lack of sign making knowledge. And I didn't mean to sound like I'm making fun of them...entirely...I just think it is interesting how people change...except Frank..he stays the same, buys a new car every year just to wrap..Business expenses are fun.

While I enjoy the occasional eye-roll at Frank and all things Fellers, I think it's unfair to pick on his employees.
They probably have no choice about having their pix on the catalog.

So, then I take it, it was not their pictures you wanted to make fun of...... so now you've turned it into a really stoopid bashing contest.

I've been a customer of theirs since they opened. In fact, my customer number is #4.

I have never dealt with as many people from one company that knows more about what they sell then American Banner-Ameriban-Fellers....... employees.

I will say they really know their products and are for the most part, quite responsible people on many levels.

No where did I ever see that they were supposed to be knowledgeable sign makers. They sell their products, not signs.

• If you sell a sign to a butcher shop, are you expected to know all about butchering ??
• If you sell a sign to a jeweler, are you expected to know everything about gems and stone setting ??
• Do you know how to make Chinese food if you sell to a Chinese restaurant ??

Good grief people, you're all getting irritable and hard to reason with. You pounce on the petty things and let the big problems go on.

this past tuesday one of those sweet ladies was having a bad day,
didn't even say her name when she answeared, she was having a little attitude towards me.
i asked to speak to her suervisor, all of a sudden her attitude changed and became very helpful lol!!
