If you clicked the link it seemed legit. Was saying something like you have to submit development plans and be willing to hire full time employees etc...

I was just wondering if this was Real in Michigan. I know I have seen similar development deals in other parts of the country (was a town in texas about 15 years ago did something similar) but, wasn't sure about this one.
