Anyone gota spare JV3 head adapter manifold?

I am looking to purchase one and trying to see if I can get a good price on one of these. I have finally got my heads firing, printer working correctly, and have come down to the replacement of the dampers. Upon taking one off I noticed that one of the nipples on the yellow head manifold ports was cracked and basically fell off when I removed the manifold.

I have still managed to keep the repair costs down on this Jv3 without giving in to the $3700.00 tech quote to repair it.

What can I say, I am a determined person
