Anyone have a source for custom printed streamers/penants....like at car lots?

Have a customer wanting streamers (like used at car lots) but custom printed with their logo. Would just be single color blue and white...anyone have a source?

I just got nice idea for making less price on two color pennant streamer, blue and white, without logo on white side. You can print it from only one blue side, and put it on stream line one face blue one face white. That way you make price at least less for one side printing or less price in material spending because no need double layers for each one.
However you order it from outsource so that was trash idea ;)
