Hi all,
I've used casmate for so many years I can't remember when I started. It does all i want and I am used to how it works. I made the fatal error of putting in the wrong disc, I wanted the artwork disc, but put in the install disc by mistake and it ran the install program. Now I can't get it to find the Hasp. I've tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing works. I thought If someone had an a casmate program with the corrosponding dongle I could just start with a new casmate program.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can get my old program to find the Hasp that would be a great help also.

I don't have any discs for it but I actually have a parallel Casmate Pro Sign dongle. I've had Bobby Fosson from CSI Sign Supply (active member here in Signs101) verify with SAi on it and its licensed for FlexiSign Pro 6.x and is even valid to upgrade to the current version. Since its originally a Casmate dongle I'm not sure if it could still work with an even older version or if it would only work with FlexiSign Pro 6.x. I don't have the install disc for either though but I'd be willing to sell the dongle which could be used for a heavily discounted upgrade to the newest full version.

FlexiSign can.
There ya go. That would be a fine reason to go flexi. I went from casmate to sl years ago and as I recall the changeover was pretty easy. I can't remember how we converted files. Getting a little long in the tooth for that kind of memory any more, lol.

Flexi sign comes from the acquisition of Casmate by Flexi Letter back in 1998.

It would be a natural progression for you. No problems with opening .scv files.
