Anyone have Corel 21 and willing to convert a file for me?

I would much appreciate it! Designer sent a file over and doesn't have the program anymore. She basically said "too bad, so sad". I have the 2018 version and just bought it shortly before the upgrade which looks to be in March. Thanks in advance if anyone is willing to help out!
