Anyone having trouble with GotPrint.com today?

I've been trying to upload cards all day, and getting nowhere. I've done a chat with them to try and figure it out and they blame it on everything from my internet connection to browser to operating system. It uploads all the way, the page goes to refresh like normal, then I just get "An Error Occurred". That's it. I've tried three different internet providers, my mac, my pc, and every browser known to man at home and office, and gotten nowhere. I've changed from EPS to PDF's, I've tried to upload cards and post cards, and get the same results. I know it's not on my end, but they just keep blaming me, so I don't know what else to do other than figure out another place to order this stuff.

Off topic question. Why do u order from them? Is it a price? Service? Special products or options? Convenience? Thanks

Haven't had problems with them today but I order from them 2-3 times a week for various business cards and postcards and have noticed that there shipping is very inconsistant. Business cards normally take 5 bus days and its been taking 7 -10 now, sometimes even up to 12. Then I just ordered 5,000 postcards took only 2 business days and it was delieverd (WOW) and then my last order I placed took over a week - 8 days to be exact. A little off topic but thought I'd throw in my 2c.

As far as there site I've never had problems loading anything but I can completely believe the bs as far as why there site wouldn't be working properly

I have been getting blank hanging pages after advancing to the next option on pull down selections. It has just started up the last week and is driving me nuts. Their support blames my connection or browser but that is ********. Nothing wrong here. There is something wonky on their end.

Figured out this particular issue. For whatever reason, it didn't like my PDF or my EPS. Would have been nice if 24 hours ago they'd have suggested converting it to a JPEG, instead of telling me it's my browser, OS, connection, computer, blah blah blah. I just saved it as that and it uploaded fine. You are right, no consistency to their shipping. On cards, I normally pay the rush fee cause it's only a couple dollars, and I normally have it within a week. When I haven't done that, I've sometimes gotten them the exact same amount of time as the rush took though too. I think some stuff ships from out west, and some is from in Kentucky. Normally my cards ship from Kentucky and I have them the next day, but I've waited on post cards a couple weeks.

Why do I order from them? It's convenient, they have a broker account that I could get lower pricing than to the public so I can mark it up easier, and they have tons of products that their website is just setup to handle. There isn't any nagging to have something built a certain way...they just already have options on there. Print quality is excellent. I was setup with 4-Over or Stouse I remember (I think 4Over) and they dropped me because I wasn't ordering enough every month. I don't know what I was doing then, but I basically had the screw you approach to it, and haven't looked back. Love GotPrint, order from them weekly, and they aren't threatening to fire me for not ordering often enough.

I use them a lot. At first I would try exporting in CMYK and the colors looked like crap and I would have to tweak them.
When I sent an eps they did not combine it so on the proof all the centers of the letters (like an O) were filled in. I started sending just a regular RGB jpg sized to their template/spex and have not had a problem since, except for the time I was trying to get oval cards using their template.
Their shipping is all over the place.
But I still like them.
