Figured out this particular issue. For whatever reason, it didn't like my PDF or my EPS. Would have been nice if 24 hours ago they'd have suggested converting it to a JPEG, instead of telling me it's my browser, OS, connection, computer, blah blah blah. I just saved it as that and it uploaded fine. You are right, no consistency to their shipping. On cards, I normally pay the rush fee cause it's only a couple dollars, and I normally have it within a week. When I haven't done that, I've sometimes gotten them the exact same amount of time as the rush took though too. I think some stuff ships from out west, and some is from in Kentucky. Normally my cards ship from Kentucky and I have them the next day, but I've waited on post cards a couple weeks.
Why do I order from them? It's convenient, they have a broker account that I could get lower pricing than to the public so I can mark it up easier, and they have tons of products that their website is just setup to handle. There isn't any nagging to have something built a certain way...they just already have options on there. Print quality is excellent. I was setup with 4-Over or Stouse I remember (I think 4Over) and they dropped me because I wasn't ordering enough every month. I don't know what I was doing then, but I basically had the screw you approach to it, and haven't looked back. Love GotPrint, order from them weekly, and they aren't threatening to fire me for not ordering often enough.
