Anyone know? (Base and finial supplier)

These has to be stock item.

City want to incorporate this design and needs more signs, from what I'm being told, no one knows who supplied the base, finials and posts... can't ask the original sign shop, they were supplied when the project was built. General contractor does have any info either.

If anyone identifies, I will send post 10 corndog smileys... pleeeeeeeeese...

Upon closer inspection, I can see that these don't match. (there's a better shot of the finials here: http://www.opptc.com/newcat/catalogue.html on page 25)

Those are square posts.... the ones I need are round. I checked the rest of the site, but they didn't have 'em... A corn dog and a handful or ketchup packs for the posting anyways...
