Hand lettered personalized style I'd say

I'd say it was hand-rendered, scanned and hand-cut Signgold.

Hand turned "Engine Turning" on leaf. Notice the spin centers are fairly consistent with the centers of each letter form stroke unlike cut Signgold.

I would say hand-rendered for sure, with roots in the alphabets of Atkinson.
FHA Round Block, while far beefier, has similar attributes.
