anyone know this typeface?

I now know about 3500 fonts that it isn't and about 20 that are close, but this one I can't find.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ACaslon Swash but the "U" appears modified!

ACaslon Swash is a modified LTC Caslon Swash. The U and I have been modified to San Serif versions from LTC Caslon Italic.

Thank-you both for taking the time to reply. I will order the fonts today. I would have just traced the name if it was all they wanted, but they need a pile of other stuff using the same style.
