Anyone know what these are called, please?

Looking to replace this power-drill attachment, which is getting pretty worn out and starting to shed fingers.

I tried Googling 'rotary scraper' but can only see agricultural equipment and I would guess that 'rotary stripper' might return some rather too interesing results.

I would appreciate a reply if you happen to know an appropriate search term, or a UK site where they are available.
