Anyone know where to find these frames?

Hello all! We have a sign request for the attached framing system but we can't find anything similar. This frame allows name sliders of different sizes to slide in and lock into place with the silver brackets.

Any idea where we can purchase this or a similar system for various engraved signs? Thank you in advance!
