I need to re-print this design (or something similar) for a photo backdrop.

based on the brush strokes i'm almost guessing it's hand painted

see if you can get a really high res picture of it and just vector it

Do a search for themed stage backdrops and take it from there. A quick google search turned this link page up...

I would place the image in Illustrator and redraw it in vector
