Anyone recognize this trim

I'm being asked to replace caps like the one pictured but I'm not sure what they are made of. It seems to be like sign foam but this trim doesn't seem to be like something that was custom made. Does anyone recognize this trim or know where I can buy something similar? It doesn't need to be exact.

Can't tell from the picture to well, but it looks like it's part of a formed stucco monument.
Maybe something from someone like Peachtree or one of those.

If it is, it's going to be custom

It's not a Peachtree or similar product. The whole structure seems to be a steel/aluminum cabinet with the cap placed on top. Looks like I'll be able to find something I need from Outwater plastics.
