Anyone know where I can obtain a better version of this?
I know it is widely used by S.W.A.T. teams around the country, apparently without restrictions.
This is the best the customer (local P.D. S.W.A.T. Team) can supply or I can find.

Thanks J Hill, I do appreciate the labors of your usually most fruitful eye. Unfortunately, That one won't work though. I'm hoping to save some time and money.
I'd like to give these guys the best they can possibly get (without recreating it) for what they have in the budget.
