That guy that's obsessed with himself who they found dead in his office (I suspect foul play from the report) was bidding on a unit that had a JV3 in it. I told my wife right away, "Hey, there's my old printer" (one like it anyway) and I figured it had to be totally trashed based on what the unit looked like. The thing was totally dried up and needed total replacement everywhere. Made me feel like a genius to know that this guy wasn't going to be seeing his money again before he even found out. That's generally how this guy handled those situations though. He also though an old Nintendo was going to be worth $20,000 because it was the "first one made". They plugged it in and it wouldn't even turn on, and it wasn't by far the first one made. It was worth $3.
