Anyone seen one of these before?

Wondering if anyone has seen or knows where one could buy something like this?
It is a table-top punch for larger holes. I need a punch to do 7" and 8" holes in cover stock and have spent way too much time on Google with no luck at all! This particular one pictured apparently cuts 15-20 sheets at at time.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks so much!! :notworthy:

Benchtop arbor press. Trick will be finding one with the dies you want and the size/capacity/budget you want. There is a ton of things you can do with a press like this. Die cutting for one, press fitting bearings into things, embossing, even manual printing.

A steel rule die and an arbor press would work. The die in the photo is not a steel rule die, though.
