Yes it is ... sort of! They all have to have one.

There could be a text height requirement you should check with for regulatory requirements. I'd just be weary of that.

Be carefull with something like that it has to be 100% right on if something happens or its inspected and its wrong its your butt.

Otherwise- put a ruler against it in pic use ruler to vector drawing to correct size.
