Anyone test and/or repair printer circuit boards? UV Jeti 3150 printer

My 3150 UV Gandi/Jeti printer is down and I'm pretty sure it's a bad IO board.
Problem is, if I order a new board and that's not the issue I'm stuck with it, they won't take returns
unless it's put in by one of their techs, and having a tech do the work is way more than it's worth for an easy
board replacement.

Can any one recommend a company that tests these type of boards and possibly repairs them?
I would an easy thing to pull the boards and ship them off.

Maybe find the local tech college with an electronics program and ask if they can help. Would give students a leg up on the real world applications of all that fancy "lernin".

You could them take a chunk of the money you saved and make a donation to the program.

In lieu of that try to find a TV or electronics repair shop. They will have meters, oscilloscopes, probes etc... They should be able to figure what happened.

Yes, but even with the discount their quote was way too much.
