Anyone used LG vinyl or lam for printed signs?

Has anyone used LG LD3911 vinyl and / or the matching laminate LP3912?

Need some reasonable eco solvent printable vinyl for some prints being mounted to flat substrate (no contour cutting required).

Any good?

We use a LOT of 3921.
Never had a problem.
Prints great with eco sol and latex.

we used a fair amount of LG for a while. Hated the laminates. The lams seemed very plasticky and inelastic and cut very hard on our cutter. The vinyl was nice but the adhesive was a little too aggressive for my taste. We ended up going back to oracal 210 gloss / matte laminate in conjunction with 3M IJ35C on our economy stuff.

I use 383T with the 3812. I'm not 100% sure but I think that runs cheaper then 3911. We also like the 3870 as well for low energy. Also use a lot of 110B banner. We are happy with these LG products.

Thanks for the replies.

OK it's good to hear no nightmare stories pop up about LG, as we've never used any of their products before.

We're doing a load of flat panel signs and have been offered the 2 products above (LD3911 and LP3912) at a good price.

Printed with Roland eco sol inks, are we reasonably safe to assume a 3-5 year life of the signs?

Both are 5 year products, they will be flat mounted no curves and we're in the UK so not too extreme weather.

What do you guys think (I know no one can guarantee)?

Thanks.
