Application tape not sticking

I am having issues with clear choice not sticking to vinyl. At first I thought it was the new roll so I change rolls and having same issue. The only thing that has change is the room it is stored in is about 60 degrees instead of 75. I can't see that making a difference.

Any ideas?

Is it low tack? medium tack? or high tack?

stick with transfer-rite. Cold weether does making it not stick too well.

Medium tack but I have never had problem before.

i had the same problem using R tape Conform working in my trailer outside even at 65 degrees it didnt feel cold at all

Humidity, or cut just a little deep. I use transfer-rite medium tack (paper) never a problem. I know humidity affects cause we had a air cond problem one summer and it was hell on tape...
