Applying then clear coating over vinyl on concrete

Anybody have experience applying vinyl to concrete, then applying a protective clear epoxy coating? Client is going to apply epoxy to the floor, then wants their logo (not printed but cut vinyl) applied before coating the surface with a clear coating. No forklift traffic, just people. This is an indoor installation. I know the vinyl will stick, but I'm wondering about a clear epoxy damaging the vinyl? Any thoughts?

I have had some clients do this and never heard of any issues. But I mailed them out and they took care of the rest so never seen the finished product.
