Applying vinyl to this plastic

I have to apply translucent vinyl to these plastic panels.
8" by 10' with a 1.5" break on each side.
Suggestions?
Cut vinyl to 11" and wet apply with no masking or mask and apply.
The break on the sides is what worries me.

with the break, wet would make it easier. Masking will make it too stiff to go over the break easily smoothly

over size it, say you use a 24" roll, slit in half, wet stick and then when dry come back and trim to fit. doing the each size especially on longer lengths is NOT your friend
