Need Help Are the Pinch Rollers causing this? HP700W Latex

Help! We have a HP700w Latex machine and while loading a couple of medias we are having issues with the media seperating from the backing paper on the right hand side.
Medias affected - Avery MPI 3303 and DryTac R150 Retac
It also happens during printing ruining the job.

Anyone come across this? I'm thinking its to do with the pinch rollers on the feed?
Thanks for your help

I'd say its a bad roll, but it sounds like you've tried a couple of different medias. Has it been having this issue since new, or did this start suddenly?
I wouldn't think it is caused by the pinch rollers, does it do it while just feeding the material (using the panel to advance the roll I mean), or only while printing only?
I've definitely seperated a few rolls from backing on the leading edge while loading my 560, but never seen this.
It happens on feeding the material using the machine advance and started with the first loading of a new roll of DryTac Retac150
The Avery3302 shown in my photos was new last month and we'd printed approx 35m from the roll without issue.
I'm really at a loss. I've now re-ordered both rolls and will try a manual load.
I thought it might be due to the fact that both are 'removable' vinyls so have a lower tack.
Other vinyls like Avery 2903 and 1105 no problems.

Somehow damaged from sitting directly on the floor? Moisture/Humidity? Or excessive heat maybe.
I was about to say exactly the same thing. It could be the liner having some humidity in it. Does this side of the roll is the one on the floor?
