i've been looking into getting a large format laminator for my business but cant seem to find one that comes with a 110v power supply, seems like all use 220v. im looking for one i can connect to a regular power supply.

I'm pretty sure most of GFP's "top heat assist" lineup is 120V... They have 63" and also 55" machines....

Check with BigFish I think he might have more info on those...

I highly suggest a SEAL EL 54. It's a 55" and it's what we use. Every laminate job is flawless and it's a work horse.

I would also recommend getting a GFP laminator. They are 110v and have heat assist if you want it.

Tons with no heat are 110v/120v.

In other thread many with heat say they never use it.

Heat is certainly not required with PSA films. I almost always use it as it reduces silvering 99% so the product looks presentable immediately. Otherwise, heat adds another of complexity to both the machine and loading process which requires additional skill to use successfully. I recommend getting a heated top roller (not a flame bar) for PSA laminates.
