I've called Mimaki about 6X since last Friday, and I can't for the life of me get to talk to anyone that's allowed to help me, able to help me, whatever...
My JV33 has been down for two weeks now, Mimaki cut ties with all the main carriers of their product in my area, and I can't even get a phone call into anyone to schedule a tech no matter what I do. I'm frustrated, and now I'm talking with Grimco and Fellers about a Mutoh or a latex HP, and it seems as though all I can do is pony up for a new one, becuase I can't get service on one that's 3 years old.
Can ANYONE help me on this? I'm near Ft. Wayne, Indiana, but I'm assuming there's SOMEONE somewhere, but I can't find it on their website, through emails, forms, phone calls, anything. I won't buy another Mimaki again, solely based on this situation. Never been more frustrated.
