Can anyone tell me please if I get instructions to perform bi-print head realignment or it has to be done by a qualified technician? I've looked online and can't seem to find info on this.

You will need a special scanner and software, as well as the knowledge of how to use them. A qualified technician is highly recommended. Whereabouts are you located?

West Sussex. I thought that would be the case. We have an engineer. I'll give them a call. Thanks for your reply
