I know it can be done but it's been so long since my flexi class that I just can't remember how to go about it. I'm trying to layout a menu board with (3) colums. How do I do this? Anyone?

The simpliest way is to make each column as a separate block of text, then to align them use Arrange>Align>Text Baselines, and they will appear as one big table.
You can also use tab to go column by column.
