Art Elements Disappear in RIP

Working on a truck design with all vector elements in Illustrator.
There are two different versions, both have bubbles in the artwork.

I did a quick sample print of both, but the bubbles only show up in one of the designs.
Attached are screenshots of what they are supposed to look like and what it looks like in ONYX 18 RIP.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I don't understand what the issue could be.

Illustrator transparency is screwing you up. Set the transparency to High Res. If that doesn't work, likely have to rasterize.
