I will be getting a new plotter soon and it comes with flexi7 pro. My problem is all of my files are saved as ac6 for use in artcut. I tried exporting them outof artcut as an eps file into a new folder then to see if it was working I tried to open the eps with illustrator cs2 but all I get is a blue box and an empty page.
I also have a file that I need sent to have a test print done but it is an ac6 and same problem when I try exporting it.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
