Anybody have or know where to get a good PDF to email to customers when they want to send in there own artwork. Looking for something that explains the different file formats and what's usable. Also would like something that has some info in it for designing. Like for example. Would say something allowing the lines of for a pole banner you need to add X'" to your desired finished artwork. Also can not have any artwork in the top and bottom x" to accommodation the folding over. Any suggestions. I can tweak it. But this last job we had has made me decide we need something here.
