as knowing the status of a DX4 Print head is burned or not?

In the Rockhopper II when connecting the print head, the fuse .50A blows.

Couple of things to check. first the band cable going to the print head is seated correctly those little @% can be a pain. just one of the thin ribbon contacts off and that will cause the fuse to pop. swap heads and see if the problem follows it. If so head is probably shorted. Good Luck.
