auto cleaning doesn't work

My Mimaki JVC 30-130 will not clean automatically, it goes through the motions but no cleaning solution is dispensed into the cap top, I replaced the switch and the small control board that sits just to the left of it but still does not work, I can manually hold the switch in and cleaning solution will fill the cap top so I can do a nozzle wash, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

The cleaning solution doesn't fill the cap top every time it does a cleaning. It only fills when doing a pump tube wash. The default setting is to do a pump tube wash every 48 hours which is probably why you have never noticed it. If you want to make sure it's working properly, go into the auto cleaning menu and set the pump tube wash to the lowest setting and then turn the front power switch off then wait for however long the lowest setting is. You should see the solution drain into the cap top and the pump should be running.
