I have a very bad habit of not saving my work every so often ( i get to into the project and forget) is there a auto save prefrence on cs3 that would allow me to have my work saved every so often automatically?

I don't think that there is an "autosave" function in PS. But I believe that there is an "autosave" plug-in that will work.
