Autobody Decals help

I have a Creation Cutter/Plotter and the program WinPCSIGN Letter program and have no idea how to use them....does n e one have any help suggestions?

WinPCSIGN PRO 2007 is a good program available on ebay for $229 double that on their website. WinPCSIGN Letter is the basics and will get you cutting. The pcut i don't know about.
